How To Play

This years Maze features both a kids maze and a full sized maze.

The kids maze has 6 stations to find, all in close proximity to each other...and to the exit. Players put their paper over an etched picture and transfer the etching into their own paper with a crayon, creating a mural.

The full size maze has 8 stations scattered throughout the maze. Players search for the stations, then rub their paper to fill a silo with farm animals that reveals their 'animal personality traits'. Players can compare their 'animal personality' with their friends. This maze game is sure to bring out a lot of laughs.

2009 Corn Maze Facts

Our maze was seeded in mid June which is considered late for corn. Planting corn this year was a challenge due to the late and wet spring and growing it was also a challenge due to the cold and wet July we had. The maze was designed by Brendan Rattai who is 15 yrs old...his first maze. The maze was planted in 24" rows and was cut from a design using a GPS system from PAT Inc, a Kilarney based agricultural company. The maze covers approximately 5.25 acres.

Completing the maze can take as long as you want. You can try the enter and exit approach, or try to find all the stations located in the maze and answer all the questions posted at each station.
