Unwind, stretch, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind farm experience with Goat Yoga at Deer Meadow Farms. Led by instructor Michelle, these relaxing outdoor sessions combine gentle movement, fresh country air, and the playful company of friendly goats. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, Goat Yoga offers a fun and memorable way to connect with nature, laugh a little, and enjoy life on the farm. 🐐🌾✨

All classes start at 6pm, please arrive early if possible.

Rain Date Information: We love being outdoors, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans! If weather conditions require a postponement, your session will be moved to the designated rain date and participants will be notified by email.
