From waterslide days and outdoor adventures to feeding animals and exploring 80 acres of farm land, every day at Deer Meadow Camp is packed with hands-on fun. Campers spend most of their time outdoors enjoying farm chores, crafts, nature walks, berry picking, special field trips, and unforgettable country experiences led by our friendly and experienced staff.

$310/camper for a full week
$250/camper for a short week (4 days)

  • Register Today - space is limited to 32 campers per week and we sell out quickly. We are nearly 50% full.

  • Children ages 8-12yrs. (*turning 8 before Dec 31st 2026) 

  • Before & After care is available from 8am-5pm

How to register

1. Complete Your Registration

Click through to the online payment page and add the names of all campers you’re registering.

Need Before & After Care? Select this option during registration. Multiple children or multiple camp weeks, please register separately or purchase care during your first week of camp.

2. Select Before & After Care

Double check your contact information, then submit your payment. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.

3. Review & Submit Payment

Please bring the completed waiver form with you on your camper’s first day. Download with the button below. This is mandatory.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Camp Details & Policies

  • Campers must be 8 years or older during the 2026 calendar year (turning 8 before December 31, 2026).

  • Please download and complete the waiver form before your child’s first day of camp.

  • Your spot is confirmed once payment has been completed. A confirmation email will automatically be sent after registration.
    Be sure to check your junk folder if you don’t see it.

  • Please save your confirmation email for your records and tax purposes.

  • Refunds are not available after May 1, 2026. Camp registrations may be transferred to another camper, or a farm credit may be issued for use during the season.
